>Artist's Bio:

As a child Gayle went through stacks of cardboard left over from her dad’s neatly laundered shirts. Her mother says she would entertain myself for hours coming up with different things to draw and make out of cardboard. Somehow that patience and creativity have been translated into a deep love of portraiture and most recently a great desire to paint en plein air or “out in the open” enjoying the beauty of God’s creation.

Today Gayle paints in watercolor and oil a variety of subjects: plein air and studio landscapes, still life, and outstanding portraits.
