>Artist's Bio: Anne Stickney paints in oils. She enjoys the challenge of painting landscapes en plein air, and still life paintings done from life. Anne has taken many workshops with painters such as Albert Handell, Lois Griffel, Kim English, and Robert Johnson. A resident of Tuscaloosa County since 1972, she operates a small art gallery in Northport. Originally from north Alabama, she loves to escape to the mountains there and in North Carolina whenever possible, in order to paint on site.
